This senior living campus is currently under construction in Johnson County. It is located just off US Highway 31, nestled in an established neighborhood. This will be a beautiful campus featuring two modern, comfortable, and state-of-the-art apartment buildings. The Independent Living community will feature 130 apartment homes. The Assisted Living community will be 112 apartment homes including a beautiful and spacious Memory Care neighborhood. This campus will be an affordable luxury option for seniors 62 years and older.
Independent Living
This spacious Independent Living community will support individuals and couples with an affordable option for a modern lifestyle. The apartment choices will include one-bedroom/one-bath, and two-bedroom/one-bath homes. Each of these apartment homes is highlighted by high ceilings and large windows to flood the space with natural light. Prospective residents of this community will need to income qualify based on an AMI (average median income) program. There will also be reasonably priced apartments available for those who financially overqualify for that program.

This community will provide an affordable option for assisted living and memory care for the area. Future residents will need to income qualify based on an AMI (average medium income) program. For those who over-qualify financially, there will be a reasonably priced private pay option. This community will also participate in the Medicaid waiver program. Vita of New Whiteland will offer the area a much-needed affordable option for senior living regardless of financial status.
